Refund, Returns & Cancellation Policy

We want customers to feel confident ordering from Hello Blossom Co. This policy explains how we handle fresh flowers, giftware, quality concerns, cancellations and Australian Consumer Law remedies.

Fresh flowers

As fresh flowers are a natural, perishable product, variations in flower variety, colour, bloom stage, stem count and overall appearance are to be expected and do not constitute a fault.

All flower purchases are made based on the product selected at the time of ordering or purchase. We do not offer refunds or exchanges simply because a customer changes their mind, dislikes the flowers, or has a personal preference regarding the arrangement after purchase.

Due to the nature of fresh flowers, personal taste or preference is not considered a product fault.

If you believe there is a genuine quality issue with your flowers, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible. Flower quality concerns will be assessed by the owners of Hello Blossom Co. on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration the product supplied, photographs where appropriate, the age and condition of the flowers, and the circumstances surrounding the concern.

Where a product is found to have a genuine fault or does not meet the consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, an appropriate remedy will be provided in accordance with our legal obligations.

Daily Bouquet expectations

A Daily Bouquet is the featured bouquet created for that particular trading day. Images from earlier days, social posts or previous arrangements are inspiration and examples only unless expressly stated otherwise. A future Daily Bouquet may be different because flower supply changes every day.

Non-perishable giftware

Unused, unopened, non-perishable gift items may be exchanged within seven (7) days of purchase, provided they are returned in their original saleable condition with proof of purchase.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where a product has a major fault or otherwise does not meet the consumer guarantees, customers remain entitled to the remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

Hampers & substituted products

A hamper substitution of equal or greater value is not, by itself, a fault where the substitution is reasonably required because an item is unavailable and the overall presentation, quality and gifting experience have been maintained.

Damaged, incorrect or missing products

If an order is damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible with the order details and photographs where helpful. We may ask for further information so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy.

Cancellations & changes

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help where the order has not yet been prepared, committed to suppliers or dispatched. Because fresh flowers and customised gifts are time-sensitive, a cancellation or full refund may not be possible once preparation has started.

If Hello Blossom Co. cannot fulfil an accepted order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate alternative or refund.

Subscriptions

Subscription changes or cancellations should be made before the next scheduled processing or preparation date. Once a fresh-flower subscription order has been prepared or dispatched, it may be treated in the same way as any other perishable flower order.

Australian Consumer Law

Consumer guarantees apply automatically and cannot be excluded by this policy. Depending on the nature and seriousness of a genuine failure, customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, cancellation or compensation under the Australian Consumer Law. Hello Blossom Co. is entitled to assess a product or service issue before providing a remedy where reasonable.
