Terms & Conditions

Effective date: August 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply when you browse the Hello Blossom Co. website, place an order online, by phone or in store, purchase a subscription or gift product, or otherwise buy goods or services from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

About Hello Blossom Co.

Hello Blossom Co. is operated by Hello Blossom Co. Pty Ltd (ABN 41 678 406 141) from Shop 10, 6 Madeira Drive, Windmill Hill Town Centre, North Tamworth NSW 2340.

Our Daily Bouquets

Hello Blossom Co. specialises in one carefully designed Daily Bouquet each weekday. Each bouquet is created using the freshest flowers available that day, meaning every design is unique. When purchasing a Daily Bouquet, customers are ordering that day's featured design in their selected size rather than a bouquet previously featured on social media or on an earlier date.

Daily Bouquet photographs represent that day's featured design only. As our bouquets are created fresh each day using seasonal flowers, future Daily Bouquets will differ depending on seasonal availability and market supply.

Flower availability, substitutions & natural variation

Flowers are natural and seasonal products. Availability can change daily due to weather, growing conditions, transport, market supply and quality. We may substitute a flower, foliage, vessel, wrapping or finishing detail where reasonably necessary.

Where a substitution is required, we will aim to maintain the overall style, colour direction, quality and value of the product ordered. Natural differences in flower variety, colour, stem count, bloom stage, size and form are expected and are not, by themselves, a product fault.

Hampers & gift products

Where a hamper product becomes unavailable, Hello Blossom Co. may substitute it with a product of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall presentation, quality and gifting experience. Product packaging may also vary where a supplier updates its packaging.

Alcohol included in gifts

Alcohol is only offered where it forms part of a genuine gift, flower order or hamper. Alcohol cannot be purchased separately through Hello Blossom Co.

  • The purchaser and recipient must each be 18 years of age or older.
  • The gift must be intended for a recipient other than the purchaser and delivered away from Hello Blossom Co. premises.
  • The recipient must be an adult. Identification or age verification may be requested where required.
  • Alcohol supplied as part of a genuine gift must comply with applicable NSW liquor laws, including relevant limits and delivery requirements.
  • Hello Blossom Co. may refuse or cancel an alcohol-containing order if legal or safety requirements cannot be met.

For the NSW gift-service exemption, relevant statutory conditions include genuine gift presentation, delivery to an adult other than the purchaser, delivery between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm (subject to limited unforeseen-delay provisions), a maximum of 2 litres of liquor in the gift, and liquor purchased by the vendor on a retail basis. Hello Blossom Co. will operate alcohol gifting in accordance with the law applying at the time of supply.

Orders & acceptance

An order is not final until payment is accepted and Hello Blossom Co. has accepted the order. We may contact you if information is missing, stock is unavailable or delivery cannot reasonably be completed. If we cannot supply an order, we will offer an appropriate alternative, credit or refund as required.

Pricing & payment

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Delivery charges and any optional extras are shown separately. We may correct genuine pricing or listing errors before accepting an order. Payments are processed through the payment methods offered at checkout.

Gift messages & anonymous gifts

Customers are responsible for the content of gift messages they ask us to include. Messages must not be unlawful, threatening, abusive or otherwise inappropriate.

If an order is intentionally sent anonymously and the recipient contacts us expressing concern for their safety or wellbeing, Hello Blossom Co. reserves the right to disclose the sender's identity where we reasonably believe it is appropriate to do so. We may also disclose information where required or authorised by law.

Subscriptions & recurring orders

Where subscriptions are available, the price, frequency and billing arrangements shown at purchase apply. Customers are responsible for managing their subscription before the next processing date. Requests to pause, change or cancel should be made before the next scheduled order is prepared. Any minimum commitment or special subscription terms displayed at purchase will also apply.

Gift cards, promotions & discount codes

Gift cards are subject to the expiry period and conditions shown when issued and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law. Promotional codes cannot be combined unless expressly stated. Promotions may be changed or withdrawn before an order is placed.

Delivery & collection

Delivery and collection are also subject to our Delivery & Collection Policy. Customers must provide accurate recipient, address and contact information. Specific delivery times are not guaranteed unless agreed by Hello Blossom Co. in writing.

Peak periods & special trading

At Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas and other high-demand periods, product ranges, cut-off times, delivery windows, collection windows and substitution flexibility may differ. We may close same-day ordering once capacity is reached.

Website content & intellectual property

The website, logo, branding, photography, graphics, copy and other original content are owned by or licensed to Hello Blossom Co. and may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission.
