Autumn Dry Gin

Created on a farm in the small village of Allworth NSW, this boutique batch of hand-crafted gin is a homage to the tradition of gin making and the native flavours of Australia.

Thirteen botanicals including native safe, myrtles, pepperberry and our signature sugar bag honey bestow their magic upon this gin.

The rare sugar bag honey is produced in small quantities by Australian native stingless bees. This inscribes a unique citrus sweetness that when distilled using a traditional copper pot still delivers a softness and depth to the gin.

The result is a beautifully rich gin, at home in a traditional cocktail yet with the complexity and softness to be sipped neat over ice.

Pinot Gris needs balance more than most. Cropped at the right level on our pristine Orange hillside, we have produced a wine that is luscious, beautifully aromatic and perfect with Asian-influenced food.

Grape variety | 100% organic pinot gris

Vegan | Yes

Winemaking | This organic pinot gris was harvested in the cool of the night from two blocks: 700m and 900m - one was cane pruned and one spur pruned. The grapes were de-stemmed and crushed immediately before being matured on lees for 3 months.

Colour | A youthful, very pale yellow hue.

Aroma |  Fresh and lifted apple and pear.

Palate | Fresh with hints of orange peel, complemented by mouth-watering fruit richness and a long crisp finish.

Food matches | Enjoy with seafood and spicy Asian dishes.

Balance Prosecco Piccolo

The Prosecco Piccolo offers the perfect me-time drink when you want a glass, and don't want to open a whole bottle.

Winemaking | Prosecco was picked from Annangrove Park on 15th and 16th March based on flavour and balance in the fruit. The juice was cold-settled before it was inoculated with a neutral sparkling yeast strain. The ferment was long and cool to preserve delicate fruit aromatics and flavours. Stored in stainless steel prior to bottling on 5th June 2023.

Colour | A generous bead of bubbles with a soft pale straw hue.

Aroma | Bright lemon sherbet with green apple and delicate florals.

Palate | Crisp green apple, honeydew melon and lemon pith provide great flavour intensity. With a dry finish, our Prosecco is the perfect aperitif!

Food matches | Enjoy with prosciutto, stuffed mushrooms, creamy sauces, almonds, seafood, and spicy Asian dishes. The perfect companion to a cheese or charcuterie plate.

Australia's first organic Rosé Prosecco. It's our famous Prosecco with a dash of pink, bursting with fun florals.

Grape variety | 100% organic prosecco and pinot noir

Winemaking | Our second release of this wine. Prosecco was picked from Annangrove Park on 15th and 16th March based on flavour and balance in the fruit. The juice was cold settled before it was inoculated with a neutral sparkling yeast strain. The ferment was long and cool to preserve delicate fruit aromatics and flavours. The addition of clone 777 Pinot Noir from our Balmoral vineyard brought a pink hue and red fruit to the fore. Stored in stainless steel prior to bottling on 5th June 2023.

Colour | The prettiest pale pink blush you will ever see!

Aroma | Strawberries with a background of red delicious apple compliment classic lemon sherbet and green pear from the Prosecco.  

Palate | Red berries and crunchy apple delight on the palate. Finishing crisp and dry, our Rosecco is a joy to drink!

Food matches | Enjoy with cheese boards, charcuterie, and spicy Asian dishes. Excellent with pastries, biscuits, cakes and other sweet things. Also delectable on it's own and a must with friends.

This wine is a very pretty, mouth-wateringly delicious organic rosé.

Vegan | Yes

Winemaking | A light crisp dry Rose made from Merlot. Fruit was harvested in the early morning of 23^rd March from Springvale. Short maceration period and lightly pressed to develop a pink hue. Cool fermented in stainless steel to retain bright aromatics. Left on ferment lees for two months to develop structure and complexity. Lightly fined and filtered. Bottled 13^th June 2022. 

Colour | Salmon pink with a hint of strawberry.

Aroma | Delightful strawberries and cream with a hint of red delicious apple.

Palate | Red berries at the forefront, with bright lively acidity providing balance.

Food matches | Enjoy with light, crispy duck salad, charcuterie and cheese boards with friends.
