Winemaking | Prosecco was picked from Annangrove Park on 15th and 16th March based on flavour and balance in the fruit. The juice was cold-settled before it was inoculated with a neutral sparkling yeast strain. The ferment was long and cool to preserve delicate fruit aromatics and flavours. Stored in stainless steel prior to bottling on 5th June 2023.

Colour | A generous bead of bubbles with a soft pale straw hue.

Aroma | Bright lemon sherbet with green apple and delicate florals.

Palate | Crisp green apple, honeydew melon and lemon pith provide great flavour intensity. With a dry finish, our Prosecco is the perfect aperitif!

Food matches | Enjoy with prosciutto, stuffed mushrooms, creamy sauces, almonds, seafood, and spicy Asian dishes. The perfect companion to a cheese or charcuterie plate.
