This wine is a very pretty, mouth-wateringly delicious organic rosé.

Winemaking | A light crisp dry Rose made from Merlot. Fruit was harvested in the early morning of 23rd March from Springvale. Short maceration period and lightly pressed to develop a pink hue. Cool fermented in stainless steel to retain bright aromatics. Left on ferment lees for two months to develop structure and complexity. Lightly fined and filtered. Bottled 13th June 2022.
Colour | Salmon pink with a hint of strawberry.
Aroma | Delightful strawberries and cream with a hint of red delicious apple.
Palate | Red berries at the forefront, with bright lively acidity providing balance.
Food matches | Enjoy with light, crispy duck salad, charcuterie and cheese boards with friends.
